Test Knit

I run collaborative test knits with regular check-ins, shared progress, and open communication. I update the pattern as feedback comes in so everyone benefits along the way.

Honest input is truly appreciated, and I aim to create a welcoming space where all questions and voices are valued — no matter your experience level. Open discussion is encouraged, and different perspectives are always welcome.

If you prefer a quiet test knit with no interaction until the end, my process might not be the best fit. I prefer responsive testers who share regular updates.

If you think you won’t be able to stay engaged, I kindly ask that you not sign up — creating each pattern takes a great deal of time and care, and that work deserves respect.

What I Expect from Test Knitters

  • Knit the assigned size and follow the pattern as written (unless modifications are discussed).

  • Share regular updates with photos and notes.

  • Report any errors, unclear instructions, or inconsistencies.

  • Submit final project notes by the deadline (or let me know if you need more time).

  • Create a Ravelry project and upload at least one well-lit photo of the garment being worn. You're welcome to crop out your face if you prefer not to show it.

What You’ll Receive

  • A free copy of the final pattern.

  • One additional pattern of your choice for free.

  • My gratitude and ongoing support throughout the process.
